AMAZING MOMENTS OF GOD ON THE MOVE ...

 

Just as in the book of Acts (when this world was chaotic and under oppression) the believers in Cuba today are living out their faith and seeing cities turned upside down with the good news of the Gospel.  You are a key part of these impacts.  Your prayers and giving are strengthening the efforts of God's church on the move.

God inspired Luis and Zule, national church planters in Havana (along with many volunteers from close by churches) to host an outdoor event on December 25th.  Many neighbors came out to see & hear what Christmas was all about.

After many years of renting and house sitting, God miraculously provided a home for Marcos & Yuli.  (Above left).  National pastor Adrian, taking on a pastoral role at house church.

FAMILY RETREATS! A FIRST FOR US IN CUBA

 

Please stand with us in prayer for our first ever pastoral family retreats.  We will be holding retreats with 11 pastors and their families during 3 weeks in March.  What joy to host these small groups of families for 3 day retreats during our time in Cuba. The high stress in both daily life and ministry has been wearing on so many of these families - what a gift to them to have a place with their families to unplug, rest and enjoy God's beautiful creation.  Kathy & I are honored to 'sit in hard places together', encourage, debrief and pray for these heroes of the faith.  We thank Him for several key donors that have made these retreats possible.

  • 3 Pray for salvation for "Felix" (father of one of the national pastors), God is softening and turning His heart (center of photo below).
